Eat the same bre...I've done this with my diet. Eat the same breakfast and lunch each day! I leave it at school so I can't be tempted and the nice thing about a teaching schedule, there's no way to get food during the day! dinners vary and I do have a dessert. Cookies for me because I can count them out easily for the week! This was how I started cutting sugar out of my diet. I found fruits at lunch give me a boost too. The first three weeks of eating this way sucked!!!! But now I'm used to it and if I try and eat too much bad stuff, I get sick. And no one wants a stomach ach.
